Do skinny teas boost weight loss?
The short answer is- Probably not!
Interesting article by Prof Clare Collins from the University of Newcastle,
There is very little evidence these products actually work and some may actually be harmful.
They are expensive and probably work by encouraging users to adopt healthier diets and lifestyles.
Better to spend your hard earned money on healthier food as there is good evidence for it’s health benefits.
People should obtain their nutrients, antioxidants, bioactive compounds, and phytochemicals from a balanced diet with a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and other plant foods for optimal nutrition, health, and well-being, not from dietary supplements.
